Kim is the President and Chief Executive Officer of Austin & Devon Associates, LLC and VinMar Staffing LLC and is responsible for developing and executing all of the companies' long-term growth strategies and strategic planning in defining those companies as two of the top premiere firms in the Human Capital Industry. Kim brings more than twenty two years of senior level Human Resource experience to the table and has worked extensively with prestigious law firms, financial institutions, pharmaceutical, engineering, and technology companies, as well as other Fortune 500 businesses. During her career, Kim has been involved in almost every aspect of the Human Capital Industry.

Prior to forming Austin & Devon LLC, Kim was President of a full service staffing company that she successfully sold in 1998 to one of the world's largest public staffing companies. Kim has a personal commitment to her clients and her drive for perfection and client satisfaction is unsurpassed. Some of the companies she owned in the past were: Chanel Staffing, CPR New York, CPR Chicago, Imperial Staffing, Job Connection, Rapid Referrals and Today's Temporary. Currently Kim is on the Board of The Roy White Foundation and takes an active role in the Cantor Fitzgerald Charity Day. She holds a B.A. in Political Science from Iona College.
